What I write

I started writing in high school, a hobby which has ebbed and flowed at various times in my life. Prior to self publishing My China Dream, I have not been published, save for a few stories that were on necrologyshorts.com, a now defunct site. My writing is picking up again, possibly because of the amount of time I spend at home during the COVID-19. In addition to Charlie's Dream Trilogy, I will be working on an anthology of short stories and at least one children's book.

Short Stories

About 80% of my short stories are in the horror genre. Much of the rest usually has some sort of shocking or unsettling element to it. Probably my best example of a non-horror short story is one of a man who comes up with a plan to settle his credit card debt by taking a lone and betting on a color at the roulette table.

Novels

For longer works, I stay away from horror. I tend to write more science fiction, action, or historical fiction. I need to stay engrossed and excited, or else I will get bored and not finish the project.
